My second tree skirt

For some reason, my camera doesn't take a good pic of red yarn

 

I finished this off and it is supposed to have fringe all around. After putting on some fringe, I thought it made it look cheap so I took it off. It's a tad smaller than it should be but I am done with it.

I like it. My mom once tried to crochet a tree skirt but she wasn't very good at crocheting yet. Needless to say it was a disaster BUT...we still put it around the tree (to cover the stand) and I still use it to this day and wouldn't think of putting the tree up without it in all it's hideous glory, lol. Good memories.

These have been WIP's for a while because I needed to purchase more yarn. And no, none are for me. I decided not to put up a big tree anymore so I really don't need one and a very generous swap partner made me one last year that I will be using.
