Rug

I decided to make a rug for our soon to be adopted child's room. I've been collecting old sheets from friends and this is what I have done so far.

 

I'm not being too fussy with color changes and going mainly for the 'rag rug' look.

 

That's a yard stick to give a reference of size. I'm hoping to end up with a 10X12' or so.

 

 

 

I love your rug! I have not crochet in years. I make other items for doll houses. I work for a company that make products for quilters. it allows you to print permamant images from your desktop printer on to fabric. Quliters use it to make memory quilts. I recently used it to make doll clothes and home decor for my my daughters doll house. the result were unbelievable. not sure iof miniature rugs are all you make but if not visit http://www.cjenkinscompany.com/?Click=3528. i love your work others I have seen on this sight. i am new to this page. I'm loving :manyheartyour rug.......Fraying is good for those who like the antique look, I also crochet with fabric and use straight elges and frayed edges.

My mom used to make those. I keep on thinking about making one myself. Maybe one day I'll get around to it.
