The folks at patternworks have lots of them - there are a couple bamboo ones on the page before this link I gave you but if you go to this page it will give you some ideas on what they have!!

I bought probably 15-16 pairs of handles from this person on eBay. Very nice to deal with and quick!

Walmart also has some handles, as well as Hancock's Fabrics. Hope you find what you need.
