Light Up Crochet Hook

I've bought three of them from my local Michael's store and they cost just under $12.00 each and I used the 40% coupon we get in their flyer and then I get it even cheaper. I live in Canada but the Michael's in the US probably have them as well.

Has anyone used these lighted knitting needles or the crochet hooks.. I want to buy one, but not sure if I should.

I don't like plastic crochet hooks, I like metal -wood but when the power goes out at least I have my lighted crochet hooks to crochet with,, bettter than no crocheting. You get used to it after a while. I have the whole set. bought extra batteries too they was on sale.

I bought mine at amazon.com they had them for like 6.00. I have seen them at both michaels and ac moores for 7.99. I have a size J. I love it, the handle is so comfortable to use. If you see them for that much money 30 to 50 dollars, its a rip off, you can find them other places so so much cheaper.

Make sure to check the clearance racks at Joanns. I got 2 of the lighted crochet hooks for 3.00 each. Size J and K. That's a steal compared to the regular prices.
