I don't have a favorite snowflake pattern yet. However, I'm going to make a special set very soon for a dear friend and I'm hoping to make up my own pattern. :eek2

Most of the snowflakes I've been using are from books rather than the internet. I prefer a book to a printout when I am trying to figure out something I've never done before so I've bid on quite a few on eBay. Okay, I won a lot of them, too. ) At least they are cheaper that way. Try if you can find it, the 101 Snowflake book, those just seemed to flow off the hook. If you do decide to try eBay, do a search for 'crochet* snowflake*', it works best and there are tons of things to choose from.

 

The site that Tweeen listed, home.teleport.com/~noelvn/snowflakes/pattern_links.html is fabulous and I've been going there for months and months. She has wonderful tips and plenty of other links to snowflakes that are online. :w-flake
