camo fabulous beanie!

this originally started out as the boy beanie from happy hooker, but halfway through i decided to do it my own way. it's a christmas present for my best friend. =)

That came out great!! Like the edging. What did you do different from the pattern? (I don't have the book)

in the original pattern, the hat is way shorter, and it has 3 stripes of red sc. in the book it's called a "boy beanie", and since i was using the pattern for a girl, i thought the red scallop would make it a little more feminine and that way her boyfriend wouldn't steal it LOL. so basically i made it longer than the orignal version, and i think i screwed up on one of the rows cuz i have one more stitch in each row than i should have, but you can't tell that now lol.
