How small is too small?

lunchbox

Question

For a baby blanket? I tend to make them on the small side because they are better for carseats and strollers and loveys (in my personal experience). But I don't want to make them too small. I was thinking 24" square would be a minimum. Thoughts?

After 2 babies, I have to say one of the nicest things about the smaller blankets is that they fit in the diaper bag, fit in the car seat and the stroller to. I leave the larger ones at home for the crib and around the house.

24" is the perfect size for a carseat, I've made many of them. I've even made a couple that were only 20" for the grandbabies as the girls said the others were just a tad too big. You do what your daughters ask you to do.

That is a great size for car seats and strollers. It is really bad when the blankie gets caught in the wheels of the stroller.

Have a great day!
