Blushing in the Garden Shawl

I was inspired by Startigerlily's Gray Stole and got the pattern and finally finished one as a gift.

 

Really easy pattern, quick to work up!

 

I may make a few more.

The yarn is Universal Classic Worsted LP

 

It is 80% acrylic and 20% wool and therefore very soft yet very warm (and machine washable)!

 

I love all the colorways it comes in. One of my favorite yarns!

 

It doesn't always look "nice" in crochet but I think this shawl turned out just fine.

Yes you DID inspire me! I loved your gray stole, hunted down the pattern, and started on it, then it sat for months and months, then I finally finished it over the weekend.

Yes, wonderful shawl! It looks great in both the variegated and the solid colors. I love the different stitches and the texture that gives it. You and startigerlily are bad enablers, because now I'm going to have to add that to my WIM list.
