Is the "Genius Headband" truly genius?

After putting it to the test, I have to say, yes it is!

 

I made this yesterday during my son's Space Camp graduation ceremony and used it when we hit the open road on the way to visit family. Worked liked a charm, fit well, and kept my hair from becoming a total wreck. I'm going to try this one! My hair is long and very fine. Most headbands are too thin and won't hold my hair in place or slide out OR they're too wide and are more like winter ear warmers and are just too hot. This looks a lot more like what I need!

It is just perfect. I made another one from a cotton acrylic blend, and that was equally awesome. It allows me to wear my hair down without it falling in my face.

Yes, yes it is genius! I'm wearing a RHSS Stars and Stripes one right now and am looking for the elastic sock yarn that's somewhere around here so I can make one for my BFF.
