Fresh Bouquet Scarf

I made this scarf in just a few hours. It is very easy to make and the self striping cotton works very nicely with the patetrn. I have included the pattern to this scarf on the free patterns thread for anyone who is interested in making the scarf. Have fun!

If you go to the original free patterns thread and look up "Fresh Bouquet Scarf" you can print out the materials list and free pattern directions. I have included all of that information there.

The hat was made using a crochet pattern called "Self-Stripe Topper." It is in the October 2010 issue of CrochetWorld. It was written by Mickie Akins. The free flower pattern was published at Ravelry, and is not my design. I did enjoy altering things up a bit from the original hat pattern. The original did not call for a ribbon or a flower. I added a long fpdc every 10 stitches to create the loops and wove grosgrain ribbon through them. Added the flower for a cute little touch. It was fun to make!
