Granny's Hooks

So, my mother just informed me she has my Granny's (great-grandma) crochet hooks and knitting needles. She is sending them to me. Granny lived to be 94 y/o and passed away in the mid 1990's. I can still remember watching her make all her wonderful pretties. Needless to say, these will be my favorite hooks.

Oh my, you will have some wonderful things! I have hooks that were my mother's and a few that I believe were my grandmother's. Some are amazingly tiny. I know you will enjoy having them

All the Boye's are proudly stamped U.S.A. and the Milward was made in England.

 

I'm not familiar with Milward.

Does anyone know when Boye stopped production in the US?
