Kick Up Your Heels--SOCK CAL

Here's another pair I made. More info in my blog (direct link). Bascially, no pattern, toe up, afterthought heel. Used HDC on foot and leg. Did not try to match colors, but they matched anyway.

Whoa, I forgot about this CAL.

 

I do plan to make some socks later in the year, maybe the spring. It's cool all year around here. I usually go barefoot but I always want to make some handmade socks, knit and crochet versions. So far, I make a pair of pedicure socks for my mom's birthday gift. I don't have a picture.

 

I do have some sock yarns in my stash but I am not ready to make socks yet. I will be back when I am ready.

 

My socks WIMs are: two pairs of pedicure socks for me, some pairs of yoga socks, mini socks for my advent calendar, a pair of tapestry socks from a crochet magazine, and several fun socks that I can show off!
