I am enjoying this book by Suzann Thompson. here are a couple of motifs from it

I love the offset circle, simple really but something I never thought of. It also forms the base of the leaf, which is kind of paisley-like. the columbine flower is really pretty but I haven't made one yet.

 

I have it checked out from the library now, and I may have to buy this one.

I bought it as soon as it came up on "recommendations" for me at Amazon. There's some beautiful stuff in this book, and I mean to get at it just any day now. Just as soon as I finish the Thomas the Train blanket.

I bought that book too. Love the flowers in it, I use a lot when I make scarves for my charity donations and like to jazz them up a little.

I love making flowers and I knew I had to have that book as soon as I saw it. Your leaf looks great and so perfect. I just finished a fridgie exchange and used the topsie turvey flower and it was really fun to do. I did make the columbine flower, too but it came out bigger than the dimesions for the exchange so I guess I have to keep it...dang, I just hate that. Anyway, thanks for sharing your lovely motifs.
