What a great list! Thanks for posting it! The only thing I would add to it is myHq : Crochet Poet's Pattern Collection This link is probably the most comprehensive list of crochet patterns I have ever seen!

I'm a big fan of crochet poet's collection as well as crochet pattern central. They also have some patterns on the womans day site. I typed in crochet in the search box and it gave me some neat patterns.
