We still have a Rose's Dept. Store here in Harrisonburg, Va, was there this evening and they had a HUGE rack of several shades of Lion Brand Suede for $1 each:eek

We have 2 Roses locally, and I've gone nuts at both of them, as they each had slightly different colors of the Suede. They also had some Lion Boucle.

How many skeins did you buy? I love the LB suede. I am working on a Shawler made out of the Fuchsia. I check Big Lots all the time for it.

I know this is an old post, but I just had to comment, being a previous Roses assistant district manager and all...

 

When they started doing this, I went to the one in my home town and when they opened a box in the back I said "Don't bother pricing all of them, just price one in each box with the right SKU and I'll take X# of them off your hands..."

 

It's wonderful! Just $1 and they still have some from what I know. Heck, I still have a good bit in my stash and I've not worked there in a year!
