Lion Brand has announced a knit along challenge with a tree of life afghan.

 

Just thought some of you might be interested. the pattern is free for two weeks so you need to get there sooner rather than later

Thank you very much for the info! I love this pattern and am almost done the cardigan. My DH gave me a gift certificate for xmas with the warning that the yarn I buy is something to make for me and this is it! I have already printed it out, lol.

This knit-a-long looks neat. It includes one of the patterns on my wish list. Unfortunately, it's wrong timing to do it. I am going to print out the pattern tonight. Also, I will bookmark the link. So I can check the feedback for any errors or frustrations that others have with this pattern.
