Comfort Pack

Here is a comfort pack I made for my sister.

 

 

Here is the inside, it is filled with 1lb. of flax seeds.

 

The pattern is from Crochet Me.

 

I hope she likes it, it is for her birthday. I am making another one for myself! This pattern is really easy.

I'm heading over to crochet me to copy the pattern i have fybromyalgia and my sister has all sorts of other pains and aches and i think she'd love one of them too. So making them will be a treat for the two of us...

wow that looks great.. Can you give me info on where to order the flax seeds.

 

I went to my local health food store. They had them in 1 pound bags for $5.95. Make sure you get whole flax seeds and not the ground up ones.
