One of my favorite crochet pattern places seems to be down or at least not working for me. Every time I click on a link I get a "sorry we can't find that page" message. I hope it's working again soon I have projects on that site I was planning to make.

It's exceeded it's bandwidth. You'll have to try again later or most likely tomorrow. That's the bad thing about free webhosting sites (and some paid for). If they're viewed too much the bandwidth is over extended and you have to wait.

All members.aol.com sites are currently unstable and I've had to block them from appearing in CPC. (That includes some of Priscilla's...also Janelle S's and more.) The pages do one of two things:

 

1. Appear just fine, but say they cannot be found when the page is reloaded

 

or

 

2. Say they cannot be found, until the page is reloaded...then they work perfectly

 

I'm not really sure what is going on...

I have found that if you check the site early early in the morning hours, you'll get through. It is a favorite of mine also.

The site that lists all of her patterns always seems to have the bandwidth exceeded; I can never access it, ever. But there's an index at her aol site where the patterns actually live - http://members.aol.com/lffunt/ where it lists all the files (basically a long list of all the files, not a regular web page), and you might find it that way.

 

BUT, that said, I had a problem with a link to one of her pages recently--it was the flat braid square joining page. The link I had been using looked like so: http://members.aol.com/_ht_a/lffunt/flatbraid.htm and it stopped working a couple of days ago. But this version: http://members.aol.com/lffunt/flatbraid.htm works fine, so take a look at the link you're using and if that _ht_a/ thing or something like it is in there, try taking that out and it will probably work...
