Yesterday I got my Coats and Clark Colletion catalogue. Lots of neat things in there.

For those of you who work with cones this is a good price::eek

Now for the hook fanatics, check out these and the price, especially the price on the whole set::eek

I purchased the set of bamboo handled hooks. They look great, but I haven't used them yet. The set was backordered for a while and then I forgot I had them when I started a recent project!

Can't wait to get mine in the mail.. if hubby doesn't find it first and throw it away!!

I've found that my freestanding papertowel holder works pretty well as a support for coned yarn. It's a little tall.. but I didn't have to spend any extra on it.

I have the freestanding paper towel holder myself. I use for the large and small balls of thread.

Cones just seem to sit on the top. Just thought I would try this.

I will try it on small balls when it comes and let you know how it works.:hook

I just got my order today. The cone holder will work quite will with balls of thread. If you use the Elmore-Pisgah cones, it will not work. These cones are closed at the top, so they rest on the stop of the peg that holds the cones. It leaves about 2 inches from the bottom.
