Doily experiment

Great minds do think alike Just this morning, after looking at the Pineapple in the Round afghan, I was wondering if you could take a doily pattern and make it using yarn instead of thread, just how it would turn out. There might be a few adjustments a person would have to make here and there. After seeing yours, I know now it is do-able Thank you so much for sharing.

That came out beautiful. I've made that doily several times and I have to say, it is just as pretty as a table cloth as a doily.
