Where is the weirdest place you have stashed yarn or thread?

I just de-stashed, and I try to only keep current project yarn on hand. (Well, maybe the next project on the list, but I have to be sure I'm going to do that one.) I keep all of my crafting supplies in two file cabinets, the sewing machine on top, and the quilting rulers and rotary cutter mat slide behind them next to the wall.

Right now I have boxes in my closet but since dh said I had enough yarn I now have bags and bags of yarn in the back of my blazer - he'll never look there! AND my dept at work just gave me a $40.00 gift card for Hobby Lobby for my birthday! So you know I HAVE to go get more!!!!! :devil
