I am still "stalled" on the one sock...not because I'm having a problem with it, just that I've gotten completely sidetracked with filet crochet at the moment...and my husband has been home more than usual...next week for sure...finish that pair of socks!!!! I really like the pattern I'm working with...and I can actually hardly wait to finish the socks and test them out (or have hubby test them out...) If they work well, who knows, may end up making several...

I also acquired the pattern for "Socks in Shoes" (thanks Pfirsch!) so after I get the one pair of socks made, I'll try that pattern...

Meanwhile...a filet crochet dragon is keeping me hostage...go Rebecca go...

Okay, I know I just joined this CAL but I need some help.:blush

I'm using that toes up pattern and I've done the foot part, and the decreases for the heel. It's the increases I can't figure out. Is there something wrong with the pattern or is it just me? I usually don't have any problems at all following patterns so it's really stumped me.:thinking2 Does anyone who's used this pattern before have any tips or secrets on how it's supposed to work?

Thanks Julie, I just read that discussion. I fudged and made a heel but I'm just not happy with the way it feels, kinda bumpy. So I'm probably gonna frog it and use a different pattern. Does anyone know a really good one to suggest? I want to make socks for all 3 kids, with foot lengths of 5,6, & 7 inches long.
