Someone crocheted on the set of Seinfeld...

DH and I have seasons 1-7 of Seinfeld on DVD (sad, I know--but it gives me something to crochet to!).

 

Anyway, I was watching one disc the other night, and in the episode when they all "adopt" senior citizens, there is a crochet afghan in each of two of the senior citizens' homes.

 

Then, in an episode when Jerry dates one of Newman's ex-girlfriends, they show a ripple afghan on Newman's couch. Then that SAME ripple afghan appears in another episode at George's parents' house! Now I want to watch all the seasons again and see what else I notice...

 

Ah yes, too much time spent crocheting to Seinfeld.

Perhaps Newman and George's parents were in an afghan-sharing program together. Hehe!

I saw the ripple afghan on George's dad's chair on an episode that I saw yesterday. I think it was a peachy or flesh color and brown. It was the episode when George's parents decided to move to Florida to spite Jerry's parents. Too funny!

NOT sad at all i got totally distracted watching an episode where george is seeing a concert pianist and there is a pez dispenser, i spent the whole time trying to work out how her crocheted top had been made!

I like the one with the senior citizens. There are tons of afghans on that one!
