DMC Hermina???? What size is it??

Can anyone tell me what size DMC Hermina thread is equal or close to...size 10-20-30?

I did a little googling on it and I would probably assume it's around a size 10. I found a pattern in French that is for a Barbie-sized doll that uses it, plus a few other sites that sold it and the hook size recommended is a 1.75 mm. That might help in figuring out its size.

Yes the pattern I have says 1.75mm for the hook, I was just wondering if it was size 10, I might go ahead and try 10 and see if it works to what the gauge says.
