Since I had some time on my hands

I wanted to see how much yarn I had in the giant granny afghan/bedspread that I am making.

 

Well here goes:

29,040 groups of 3's in a giant granny square queen size afghan

with 120 rounds:yarn

(and I'm on row 90) only 30 rows to go:yes

914 groups of 3 per skein of yarn (7oz)

which is about 32 skeins of yarn

 

It's a big um' will fit the bed with enough to color the pillows like a bed spread!

 

I made it with lavendar and cream 6 rounds of each! (round and round she goes) Hubby really likes it:manyheart
