Eye Candy - Crochet items

Browsing thru some knitting blogs I found this one - Knitting Geek - apparently in the 80's, she designed a lot of crochet patterns (for a LYS? I think?). She has pics but no patterns posted but it's inspirational and great eye candy! The woman definately has talent. Too bad she turned to knitting.

I love the first one... Alice's City Sister! There a a couple done in a similar style. Not a lot of shaping... wouldn't be that hard to work out a similar pattern.

Joan - I agree. I really like how she just used simple stitches and let the yarn do the talking.

***, Those are beautiful. It does look to be a simple design on most with the yarn colors making the statement. One day soon, I will try to attempt one of my own.

What a designer, there were several there that I loved. Too bad she's not still designing for crocheters.

I like the Snow one and the Excited at room temperature is neat to look at.
