Check this out!! It's knit but, how simple that would be to convert to crochet!!! Just your basic ripple stitch but in a poncho instead of a throw. I think I would add some fringe though. This would be a great way to use up your scrap yarn without having to make granny squares with it. Anyway, just thought I would share!!
Berroco is one of my favorite yarn companies for splurging and occasionally they will post free crochet patterns as well as knit. I found this one in my newsletter this morning!! They show it in four different color combinations but I adore the blue & purple ones!!!! I don't want to know how much it would cost to make though, Berroco is never cheap.
