Looking for Animal/Toy patterns

Hello,

 

I am looking for patterns for me to make an animal toy for young children (2 years and 6 months). I was thinking of making this <a href="http://www.bhg.com/bhg/story.jhtml?storyid=/templatedata/bhg/story/data/GreatGifts_GiantPanda_09172003.xml&catref=S10" target="_new">Panda</a> but don't know how quickly it will work up as they will be Christmas presents (I may have to make 3). Does any one have any ideas of what I can make and if so where I could get a pattern.

Thank you RachelG. I had found the link with the animals right around the same time you posted. LOL! I however did not know about the link for the toys. That is cool. Thanks again.

 

Thank you natalie058 - Now that is a cute book. I think I may have seen it in the store before.

 

rebeccav - You know that rabbit sure is cute. I am thinking I may be able to make a couple of those in no time. If I make them for the youngest (twins) I may use thread instead of buttons and make the nose blue for the boy and pink for the girl! Thanks for helping me get closer to my decision.

 

Deneen - Thank you. I will go and see if I can find this mag at one of the craft stores. I have actually been looking but have not run accross any crochet magazines in my area which I find it very strange.
