I love felted purses, too ! And fall is almost here so we'll as have an excuse to make more... (But the cool weather seems very far away right now... 'cause I'm at the beach & have a sunburn! )

I actually don't usually like felted stuff, but I LOVE your purse!! I haven't seen that magazine in any of our book stores in Calgary, but I may have to make a concentrated effort to find it, I'd love to make that purse. Thanks for sharing

I have that book. I love the purse in red much better than the original one. Does that yarn come in a lime green? Thinking of doing this for someone else.

Appliejuice, I checked Cascade's web site & their 220 wool does come in lime green. Most of the craft stores where I shop carry it, so hopefully you'll be able to find where you live.

 

Tinkerpuppet, you can order back issues of Interweave Crochet (this pattern's from their Fall 2005 issue) from their web site... I posted their web address earlier in the thread, so I hope this helps you get your hands on a copy.
