There was a post on these a while back. The pattern is on the net free. I have made the cowboys ones and they are a bit of a pain as the pattern has a few bugs.

Wow..these go back quite a few years. I made Mary Janes and skates for my neice, 20+ yrs ago. Also made several pairs of Mary Janes, Cowboy boots, skates, for my daughter..ummm 20 yrs ago:(

love those booties. the figure skates would make great hockey skates. I think that some people are quite crafty.
