About a year & half ago I had a problem. They short shipped my order. I was to get 5 skeins of a yarn and they only sent 3. I called and they deducted the amount from my credit card. Since then I have had no Problems. They always ship very quickly. Usually less than a week and their prices are very good.

I also have had very good service from them. Any order usually has been delivered within a few days of ordering. So far, I have not had any problems. Would definitely recommend them.
