My Hookholder

After seeing Katchkan's beautiful new hookholder, I wanted to show you all the vintage one that I use. Shown here with one of my favorite black Boye hooks.

 

What I like about this one is that you can use any hook

size.

 

 

If Jimbo is out there. Maybe he can duplicate this for me, I would love to have an extra one.

I look forward to some nice Jimbo handles! How about some wide rounded ones too while you are at it? I am weird and I MUST use my metal hooks.

That is a pretty hook holder. I get end of hook callouses on the inside of my hand and have been looking at either a lenthener or rubber ends to my hooks.

I'm allergic to nickel and have noticed a strange "rash" on the inside of my hand for a few months now.....I started using my wooden hooks regularly and the rash is going away now! I'd love to have some sort of a solution so I can continue to use my metal hooks.
