Gone with the Wind August table

Thought I would try and bring a little sunshine into the Ville.

This table is dedicated to my Mom who's birthday is August 20th.  She loved Gone with the Wind and Mammy was her favorite character in the move, beside Rhett that is.

So here is a little smile for one and all.  I would go naked before I would wear all these clothes.

Mary Jo- What a great idea! I love the theme and especially that it's for your mom.

And I don't blame you about the heavy dresses the women had to wear back in those days. I was in a western TV program in the late 70's and had to wear some huge, long dresses, during the summer in Arizona, and it was miserable. Needless to say, the program was cancelled after only a few episodes, so I didn't have to wear those dresses anymore. LOL
