A challenging pattern found on Pinterest

I found this pattern on Pinterest and I knew I had to try it with Gütermann C Ne 50 sewing thread and my 0,35mm TULIP hook. I had to repeat quite some rounds, because it did not feel right. In the end I made some little changes and here is my doily measuring 34,5 cm (13,5 inch) in diameters and I like my outcome very much.
