Welcome!  And I agree with NCcountrygal, I don't do much Tunisian except entrelac and haven't branched out much beyond TSS.  I haven't looked at this video but 'the crochet crowd' ones I've seen are well done.

You would have had to have used a special hook for such a wide piece of fabric, probably one with a long cord on the end.  Tunisian is sort of a hybrid of knit and crochet, like knitting you end up with the complete width of the project's stitch loops on your hook--but then you 'cast them off' and start over putting loops on your hook again for the next row.
