I'll take a look.  It reminds me (a little) of a doily I made last year https://www.freepatterns.com/crochet/doilies/pumpkin-patch-doily   I didn't put the face on mine, so it is sort of an 'Autumn' doily not necessarily Halloween.

The patterns on the above site are free, but you need to register - they don't spam you, it's an Annie's Attic site.  On the linked pattern, the only thing I sort of wish was different was the center- it's completely open under that candy dish.  The pumpkins are each made separately .

Closer, not free, it's in a Leisure Arts book https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/october-pumpkin-doily

Not free, you'd need to register at Ravelry  https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/around-the-pumpkin-patch-doily

Another one I've made, free at Ravelry, if you like filet https://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/jack-in-the-web

I couldn't find your doily, unfortunately.  The only thing I can think of, and this might be tricky, is marrying a pattern that has flowers around the outer edge, with the pumpkins on the first pattern I linked (subbing pumpkins for flowers).  This site has a lot of doilies that might work, example Pansy Wreath looks like an easy center, and should be easy to add/subtract rounds to make the pumpkins fit.  Or maybe Daisy Ring, Rose Doily, Irish Crochet doily, Violets, Petunias.
