Not a typical crochet abbreviation as far as I know.  What is the context it's used in?

I have never seen that abbreviation before.  What popped into my head was 'do not bind off', or maybe 'do not break off' makes more sense with crochet.  I have seen that sort of thing described in patterns, like 'without finishing off the red, attach green and...".

Oh dear, hi Magiccrochetfan.  I wonder if we are thinking alike?

Trans44, in case you are doubting my sanity, many times I've been typing a post and see a message 'Magiccrochetfan has replied to this thread'.  Ha ha, and as I'm typing that Bgs replied.  I'm just a slow typist I guess.

Hi GrannySquare and Brenda!  I didn't think of do not break off.  I did think of do not bind off for knitting , so yes GrannySquare we were thinking alike in that respect 🙂
