Looking for granny style poncho with sleeves free pattern

Years ago, I had printed a pattern that was for granny stitch style poncho with sleeves.  Per chance can someone help me locate that pattern?

Well look at that adult version - I've never seen anything like it! I love it!!!

 

My sister and I both like shawls and ponchos, and this looks like the perfect item for sitting out in the evenings when it cools down, and we want to stay out to be on the porch and crochet. No more rewraping a shawl numerous times or reaching out from under a poncho.

 

I can see a new project right now. I mean right now! It looks like I can even extend the sleeves, and I'll be in poncho heaven!
