Can someone help me identify this stitch?H

Hello! I saw this stitch online, and I was wondering what it was (the brown ones). I know the basics, but not much beyond that :-) Maybe a double crochet using the spaces of the last row? Thanks!

It does look like it's just a dc worked between the sts from the row below.  I couldn't see any ch 1 spaces.  The challenge will be to keep your numbers even.

i think is dc and in each row is crochet between stitches and not in the loops..like filet crochet patterns..i hope you understand..

I flipped it and that way it looks like dc with ch 1 between and then dc over the ch in the next row but then I can't be sure either.

I did the same thing and as you say could not be sure of a ch 1.

It could be the crochet Mesh Stitch.
