I love this pattern, too, and have had my eye on it since I first saw it. I love your shades of blue, and am impressed with your stash colors, they go together so well... nice!

Go for it! That pattern, as shown on Ravelry, lends itself to innumerable color possibilities, and it's really fun to watch it emerge from the center.
