slightly OT--Crochet PAD 2006-- how do you store the patterns?

hello all...

 

i feverishly purchased the Crochet PAD 2006 and am really looking forward to the new year.

 

i'm almost thinking of starting on a few projects...

 

but my question to you all...

i'm planning on saving a lot of the patterns.

how do you plan on storing the patterns?

any suggestions are welcomed!!

I have all the patterns I have printed out from web sites, etc., stored in page protectors and in binders which are divided into different sections, i.e. Scarves, Hats, Doilies, etc. I am planning to do the same with the patterns I want to keep from Crochet PAD...I am hoping I can get two patterns per page protector, one above the other to save space, possibly paper clipping the top pattern to keep it in place...I haven't tried it yet, but that is the general idea I have now! I also thought about laminating each page some how...

how big are the pages.. ? to me it looks like you could get a 6X9 binder and some bibder pages .. and store them in something like that ... that is what i would do .. and the binder pages are nice because you can use a dry erase marker on them and it wipes off when you are finished..

Along the lines of what Elizabeth said, you could get a photo album and slide a card in each section for a picture - then you'll be able to see both sides.

 

Don't know what size the cards are though, so I have no idea if that would work!

Just measured the pages - 5 1/2" x 7"...the photo album idea would probably work better than using an 8 1/2 x 11 sheet protector if that size could be found!
