Jungle Buddies Baby Blanket

My friend is having a baby in February and the baby's room is done in a jungle theme. I really want to make Mary Maxim's Jungle Buddies blanket but there's no way I have almost $60 for the kit...

 

Does anyone have the pattern that they've finished using and can just give me?? I'll even send it back when I'm finished! (No copies so I'm not breaking the copyright law! )

 

OR does anyone know of any similar patterns? I can't believe that daggone thing is $60.

Try looking for it with different names. I wanted a slipper pattern but it was a kit for 19.95 and I did not want to do that. I HAVE YARN. I just found the pattern on sale at Annies Attic "Slippers by the Dozen" for 4.49. I couldn't believe my luck.

I am also looking for this pattern. I want to make it for a baby girl so I would like to use different yarns/colors. $50 or $60 is so far out of my price range..if anyone is willing to share that would be awesome. Thanks!
