Kitchen towel holder/hanger pattern?

lnj821

Question

I want to make a towel holder... something like a topper but I want to be able to remove the towel.

I have made the traditional towel toppers and found them to be somewhat of a pain in the rear to make.

Any patterns or ideas? :hook

I have several patterns, but this is my favorite. I agree, traditional one's are a royal pain :lol This is a free pattern she wrote up and added to her shop. She does give credit to the magazine it came from, which is where I got mine :hook

It's all mine, but I haven't gotten it written out yet......

Yes, katyallen8090, thank you for posting the pic. I was thinking of coming up with something similar to that myself. Do you mind telling me how you formed the ring? Did you chain so many then work your stitches around it or did you simply wrap the yarn around your fingers a few times?

A 'viller has shared a pattern for a Venetian Leaf towel holder. (do a crochetville search and it will come up)

Crochet pattern central has a pattern for a towel ring similar to katyallen's
