Who Dat Saints scarf

Made this for a friend of mine that's a saints fan. I got the pattern idea from a dog sweater I made a while back.

 

You start out with an even number chain of however long you want the scarf. Sc across first row. Every row after that is Ch1, turn, sc in next st, dc in next st, across. So you will have a sc in the top of every dc and a dc in the top of every sc. It makes a beautiful pattern for women's items. I also use this same pattern st on hats.

Love it. Geaux Saints. Can you tell me what yarn you used. The gold color looks great and I've been having a hard time finding one I like.

 

BTW, that pattern would also look really nice in Purple and Gold. LOL

I used the I Love This Yarn! from Hobby Lobby. The gold is called sungold #156.

 

I have a purple and gold one posted on here as well in the same pattern. LOL

Love the scarf and the stitch you used.. I think it's the seed stitch... I made myself a shawl from that stitch, nice & warm... Took forever tho... GBU!:)
