Inside the city of Chicago

How come there never seems to be anybody from north Chicago in the city? The city, not suburbs, and not another city in Illinois. I know there are other crocheters out there; where are you hiding?

I lived on the northwest side of Chicago 50 years ago but didn't crochet then. Hope you find a crocheter to join you. I live in Henderson Nevada and haven't found anyone near by either and I've lived here 25 years. There's a local senior group that crochets afghans for charity but I want to do more fun stuff.

I'm on the north west side of Chicago, originally the south east side. I know how it feels thinking there isn't anyone else in Chicago that crochets.

Sorry, I didn't see your answer before. I'm left handed and also taught myself to crochet. I'm at 6000 N, at the intersection of Peterson and Clark. Maybe we could crochet together sometime, and even find some others. At least it's nice to know I'm not alone. I was starting to get jealous of people on CV discovering they live close!
