Krissy is gone to bed... not feeling so hot. She has a mild temp and is coughing. She spent the whole day on the couch... no energy.

Pete is relaxing with a new book that he picked from the bookfair. His throat is sore, but that's about it.

 

Hopefully a good night's rest will do them the world of good

LeaAnne - this little girl is a HUGE animal lover. So it all fits together. I don't mind doing it for charity. Esp. because I know the girl just fawns over furry creatures!

Yes she is all ready and packed. She is leaving about 6am tomorrow so she should be here sometime around 10am-11am

Yea, I have been working on squares for DD. She saw the besties squares and just HAD to have them. I need four more for hers (I think!) and I was working on a baby blanket that my sister asked me to make. That is finished. Now I still have the squares to do and I started a round ripple for myself. I kept having to pull the first ring out. I kept messing it up! Now I have it going better, so I will just plug away on it. I am on round 7 on that. Otherwise, I don't have another project going. I don't do well with multiple projects. They overwhelm me!

Youngest DD asked for 2 ponchos for the baby. I will get them done in the next couple of days for her. Plus I didn't make her a sweater yet so I have to do that also.

LeaAnne - My NY accent isn't as strong as it used to be. When I get mad people here it. They can tell if I am mad by the accent in my voice! But I didn't pick up that southern twang thing either.
