light up hooks are the bomb!

I've said this before, but I'd go nuts w/o my light up hooks. Hubby has been in the hospital 13 days straight; I'm crocheting away, in the dark, on RoseRed's Diamond Ghan. Being able to crochet in the dark helps take my mind off the stress.

 

BTW, he has chronic pancreatitus, but is in the hospital this time for a severe lung infection caused by an infected PICC line.

I needed one of those the other night when our power went out for 2 hours because someone hit a pole. prayers to your DH and you. Hope everything is okay.

I have one light up hook and I like it, but I've never used it in actual total darkness. Prayers going out for you and your husband.

Thanks for all the positive thoughts. Hubby started improving yesterday; it will be a slow recovery.

I too love my hook. Its a bit distracting in darkness, makes me feel like I'm in a strobe light room ! lol Otherwise its the bomb! I got mine in a lot of 3 on ebay from this guy. pretty cheaply too!
