garter for all times

a garter for all times, not just bridal ceremonies. I used this free patter of a bridal garter as a guideline and edited it to my own personal tastes. I used Deborah Norville: Serenity Sock Weight yarn which I purchased at Hobby Lobby and some lace that I also purchased at Hobby Lobby. This is my first creation outside of making Beanies and I believe I did a very good job for a beginner. I hope you like!
