Floppy hat

I had so much fun making one yesterday that I decided on making another one today .... I had a skein of Patons quick and cozy ...real heavy yarn ! I have never worked with this yarn before , It wasn`t easy But I love the way it came out .

I tried to follow this but as usuall I made a few changes along the way ....one of the changes was that I added a few rows in the length because if I followed the pattern it woulda been more like a flat pancake. I made my own flower .

Very cute! It says you should use Simply Soft. Do you think regular four ply is acceptable? I do not like SS. Your hat is cute. If I decide to make it I'll keep in mind your notes so thanks for that too!

I think it will be okay ... also after doing the round part on the top ... I decided to stick my needle just in the back stich and it seems to give it a nicer shape then the first one I had made .
