knitted dishcloth w/ angel design

I am VERY new to knitting and was playing around w/ a dishcloth pattern that has an angel design in it. This is the first pattern I've done where you change within a row (and only my 4th project, lol).

 

 

 

 

might look better w/ a solid color, but i used what I had on hand

Looks like you're doing great to me! Course I don't know much about knitting since my one and only project (slippers) I made in the mid-70's. But I can tell what looks good, I think.
